Being able to talk through emotional issues, release with fluid movement, yoga, good breathing techniques all helped. This was another great step and blissful experience into the journey of recovery.
Just being able to talk through some emotional issues/blockers helped a lot. Then trying to do a physiological release with fluid movement including dance - and some music play lists to be able to then do it at home. Trying to get energy and healing into the specific parts of the body that need it the most.
Some energetic yoga moves, good breathing techniques including expelling quickly from the core all helped.
It's a journey and this was another great step and blissful experience into that journey of recovery.
When feeling like the medical practitioners don't have the solutions for you......there is a high chance it's in the mind and your emotions. There are no medical tests (yet) that can pick this up. So in the meantime offerings and guidance sessions with experienced caring people like Charlotte can make more lasting inroads at a faster rate than anything else available.
